Let’s keep shipping simple! Our postage is capped at $7.00 and we offer FREE Australian shipping on all orders over $80.00 (excludes wholesale and overseas Orders). Use code FREE80 for free shipping to apply at Checkout. 

An email will be sent with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. 
We offer FREE CLICK & COLLECT to residents in the Albury/Wodonga area, send me an email to organise.

If you need your items quick, we also have Express Shipping available capped at $12.00.

Yes! We offer international shipping. 

New Zealand – STANDARD SHIPPING (Tracked) - $15.00
If you’re spending more than $100.00, you qualify for REDUCED SHIPPING $5.00 –

United States & Canada – STANDARD SHIPPING (Tracked) - $23.00
If you’re spending more than $100.00, you qualify for REDUCED SHIPPING $13.00 – Use code SHIPUSC for reduced shipping to apply at Checkout.

If you can’t find shipping rates to your country, please contact us for a quote hello@poppysonrisa.com.au. Your specially made goodies are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. You are responsible for any taxes/import that may be incurred during transit or on arrival – if you’re unsure about this, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Poppy Sonrisa purchase, so if you’re not happy, please let us know. You're welcome to return your goodies for a full refund less shipping cost. Items must be returned in new and saleable condition and returned within 7 days of you receiving it. Personalised items such as Sensory Cubes, Hooded Towels and Santa Sacks cannot be exchanged. Sale items are non refundable.
