DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY & LOCAL PICK UP

Ready to ship: Our dribble bibs are in stock and ready to go. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Local pick-up (Albury NSW): Available for Albury residents. Select "Local pick-up" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect, along with the pick-up details. Please don't come to collect before you receive that email.

If your order includes a personalised item, we'll email you once everything is ready to collect.

Postage: Shipping is $10, or free on orders over $100. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Where tracking is available, your details will be emailed when your order is on its way. Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Ordering with personalised items: If your order includes a personalised item, everything is dispatched or made ready for pick-up together once your personalised item is ready. If you need your bibs sooner, please place them as a separate order.

SENDING IT AS A GIFT?

Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and leave your gift message in the notes box in your cart. We'll include it with their order.

RETURNS

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
