Each cube is ready-made and on hand, so your order is dispatched promptly — no waiting for it to be handmade especially for you.

Cubes are stocked in small batches. If your preferred fabric is temporarily sold out, select "Notify me when available" to hear when the next batch arrives.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY & LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick-up (Albury NSW): Local pick-up is available for Albury residents. Select 'Local pick-up' at checkout and we'll email you once your cube is ready to collect, along with the pick-up details

Postage: Shipping is $10, or free on orders over $100. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, and delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, your details will be emailed when your order is on its way. Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If your order includes other items, everything is dispatched or made ready for pick-up together once your cube is ready. If you need another item sooner, please place it as a separate order.

RETURNS

Since these cubes are ready-made rather than made to order, you're welcome to return an unused cube in its original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided it hasn't been used or washed.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
