REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds and exchanges are accepted on all products returned in their original, unworn state and returned within 14 days of being received. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@poppysonrisa.com.au to advise us that you would like to return or exchange your item. Return postage to Poppy Sonrisa is at the cost of the buyer.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of an exchange of goods postage of replacement item will be paid by Poppy Sonrisa.

    In the case where your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, you must email us detailed photographs to hello@poppysonrisa.com.au before a full refund will be processed.

    Please note: We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on custom made (pre-order) items as we are making these items specially for you. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised or sale items.
